In May 2014, the Columbus Board of Education began updating and moving the District’s governing policies and administrative guidelines into a new format. Each policy was reviewed for content and appropriateness.
The Board completed the first phase of this policy revision process on February 17, 2015, and completed the second phase August 4, 2015.
The third and final phase of the conversion involves the District Administrative Guidelines, which should be completed later this fall. We will share more information on these Guidelines once this process is complete.
