Employment and Staffing/Workforce Planning is responsible for allocations, background checks, Civil Service personnel actions, compensation, exiting processes, hiring, job analyses, audits and descriptions, orientations, reappointments, recruitment, and substitute services.
Employee Relations is responsible for compliance, contract administration, EEO, employee discipline, Gainsharing, grievance hearings and appeal, mediation, misconduct investigations, negotiations, PBI, Section 504 Plans, and substance abuse.
HR Administration is responsible for administrator onboarding, benefits, catastrophic sick leave, evaluation administration, EAP, leaves of absence, licensing/contracts, performance management, supplemental contracts, training and organizational development, tuition reimbursement, unemployment, wellness and Workers’ Compensation.
HR Data & Systems
HR Data & Systems is responsible for HR information systems (Munis), board actions, employee verifications, employee records/files, personnel actions, position control liaison and resignations/retirements.
