14 Fall Family Literacy Meeting

Family Literacy Academy is Now on Television

As a continuation to the Family Literacy Academy held on February 22, Columbus City Schools will broadcast the Family Literacy Learning Series Saturday mornings, beginning March 8, at 10:00 a.m., on the Columbus Educational Access Channel (CEAC). Each week the 2 hour broadcast will have literacy tips for parents, engaging reading activities for students and a surprise guest reader!

If you were unable to attend the Family Literacy Institute in person,  now you can get the same information and more from the comfort of your own home.
 
Make plans to tune in Saturday and Sunday mornings at 10 a.m., and  Monday - Friday at 3 p.m., to the Columbus Education Access Channel (CEAC) to watch the Family Literacy Learning Series.
 
A complete list of times and channels is below: 
  • Saturdays, 10-noon and 3-5 p.m.
  • Sundays, 10-noon and 7-9 p.m.
  • Monday – Friday, 3-5 p.m.
CEAC is available on several local cable channels:
  • ATT U-Verse: Ch. 99
  • Insight: Ch. 5
  • Time Warner: Ch. 25
  • WOW! Ch. 20
