Columbus Zoo and Aquarium
The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium believes every child should have the opportunity to discover and engage in the wonders of the natural world. Therefore, the zoo offers "The Learning is Wild Scholarship Fund" which allows school groups up to 75% of your total field trip cost. Click here

CCS teachers attended a week-long intensive Materials Camp during the summer to learn more about materials science. S.E.E.D., Students Exploring Ecosystem Dynamics, is a partnership program between CCS and Columbus Metro Parks. 5th grade students engage in a 9-week intensive environmental education curriculum, attend a field trip at a Columbus Metro Park, and have in-class visits with a CMP Naturalist.
