Please make sure your have submitted your reservation form to the Jazz Arts Group and Unified Arts at 365-5620. Once it is approved, you should also submit a copy of your PO to Jazz Arts Group.
As a reminder, the dates are:
November 29 , 2017 - 10:00 a.m.
November 30, 2017 - 10:00 a.m. and 12:0 p.m.
December 1, 2017 - 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
February 15, 2018 - 10:00 a.m.
February 16, 2018 - 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
You can request materials at this link: www.jazzartsgroup.org/atjmaterials. You can choose "paper" or "digital" copies, and will receive links to the digital materials as soon as you complete the form. You'll find that the classroom study guide is fully interactive, with embedded links for audio recordings, online lessons and text entry that you can utilize in the classroom. I encourage you to use digital materials to support our goal of becoming paper free consumers. In order to have hard copies printed and delivered in a timely fashion, all materials requests need to be submitted to Jazz Arts Group (see the link above) by Friday, September 15th.
