Technology Integration Frameworks
 
The eLearning Committee recommends purposeful technology integration for student-centered classrooms using the following standards, frameworks, and strategies. 
 
Blended Learning
Blended learning involves a mix of technology and face-to-face instruction. Blended learning combines classroom learning with online learning, in which students can, in part, control the time, pace, and place of their learning.
 
 
  
 
ISTE Standards
The ISTE Standards serve as a roadmap for digital age learning.  
  
 
SAMR Model
The SAMR model is a way for teachers to evaluate how they are incorporating technology into their instructional practice--as Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, or Redefinition.
 
  
 TPACK Framework 
Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) identifies the nature of knowledge required by teachers for classroom technology integration. TPACK involves the interaction of three forms of knowledge: Content (CK), Pedagogy (PK), and Technology (TK).
