Biographical Information
Vincent is a native of Columbus, Ohio and a proud kindergarten through graduation student of Columbus City Schools (CCS), having graduated from Cols. Walnut Ridge high school.  Vincent was a honor student and a four year letterman in basketball while attending Walnut Ridge. 

After high school graduation Vincent attended Duquesne University (Pittsburgh, PA), and majored in education with a minor in finance.  Vincent was a member of the Duquesne Dukes basketball team, the Dukes compete in the Atlantic 10 conference.  While attending Duquesne the Dukes also played contest against non-conference opponents Florida, Georgetown, Pittsburgh and Tulsa (played in Alaska) just to name a few.  Playing for the Dukes was a rewarding experience!

Vincent returned to Columbus City Schools after graduating from Duquesne to serve as a classroom teacher.  Vincent taught at his alma mater Walnut Ridge HS, an opportunity of a lifetime!  During this time Vincent earned his masters degree from The Ohio State University, majoring in Policy & Leadership.

Vincent's next opportunity with CCS was to serve as a school  building administrator, Vincent was an assistant principal at several CCS high schools.  Serving as a building administrator was an amazing experience one that was filled with many life lessons, experiences that he now shares with countless students and colleagues!  

Vincent now serves as the CCS Director of Student Activities, guiding the districts interscholastic athletic opportunities for middle and high school students.  Vincent has 20 years of educational service with CCS.

Vincent and wife Danette have two children Zuri and Elijah and reside in Columbus.
