Addressing the holistic needs of our students includes applying the five tenets outlined in the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Whole Child framework. 

These tenets are: safe, healthy, challenged, engaged and supported. The whole child support strategy is designed to provide safe and healthy environments for our students while engaging them in relevant, rewarding, and rigorous curriculum and supporting students' social and emotional well being. We provide support related to the five Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning (CASEL) competencies which include self-awareness, social awareness, relationship skills, responsible decision making, and self management.
