Students in cosmetology and barbering programs will apply the skills and knowledge they learn to enhance clients' personal and professional images through physical and appearance services. Services will include but are not limited to hair design and styling, esthetics, makeup or nail and skin care.

The job Training Coordination program is a workforce development pathway designed to provide technical, on-the-job training to students with significant cognitive disabilities who require intensive, individualized support to transition to competitive, integrated employment upon graduation. Community-based experimental learning, work-based learning and supplemental classroom instruction that supports the development and reinforcement of employment skills are all essential elements of the Job Training Coordination program.
