The CCS Special Needs Preschool Program provides early intervention opportunities for children ages 3 - 5, who have special needs in one of the following developmental areas based on the state and federal guidelines:
- Language
- Cognition
- Motor Skills
- Adaptive Behavior
- Social-emotional development
Special Needs Preschool Curriculum
The Special Needs Preschool Program curriculum aligns with the Early Learning Content Standards to provide quality early learning experiences in areas of English/language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. Intervention services or Individualized Education Program (IEP) are tailored to meet the individual needs of the child.
