- Columbus Metropolitan Library Call a Social Worker - Call (614) 653-6498, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. if you need help with housing, food access, mental and physical health, immigration, employment, public benefits and assistance, substance abuse, and other resource referrals. Leave a message if the Social Worker is unable to take the call.
