School Choice/Lottery

• Applications are accepted via the School Choice link in the Parent Portal for the lottery draw Monday, February 2, 2026 through Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Late applications are added to the bottom of the waitlist in the date/time order of receipt. The last date for the acceptance of late lottery applications for students who completed the 2025-26 school year with CCS is August 14, 2026. New students enrolling into Columbus City Schools can submit a lottery application for two weeks after their enrollment date until December 4, 2026.
