Chromebook Computer Distribution and Repairs Update
April 9, 2020 -- Columbus City Schools families who are in need of a Chromebook can make an appointment to get a computer at Central Enrollment (430 Cleveland Ave., 43215). The District will loan out two computers per household.
Beginning on Wednesday, April 15, families can call (614) 365-6471 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to schedule an appointment.
Chromebooks will be given out by appointment Tuesday, April 21, through Saturday, April 25, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at Central Enrollment.
For troubleshooting or repairs to Chromebooks, families can call the IT Helpdesk at (614) 365-8425. The Helpdesk will determine if an appointment for a repair is needed and schedule the appointment. Repairs will be completed at the Kingswood Data Center (1091 King Ave., 43212) on Tuesdays between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
