Board of Education Meeting
Tuesday, February 21, at 6:00 p.m.
Viewing the Board Meeting
The Columbus Board of Education regular business meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Southland Center (3700 S. High St.).
Meeting attendees will need to enter the north-facing door toward the west end of the building.

Meeting Agenda Topics
The meeting agenda topics include:
4.1 - Interim Superintendent Dr. Angela Chapman will provide an Executive Report.
12.1 - Supporting Strong Learning Communities in Every Region and Authentic Engagement, the Board will be asked to authorize the administration to enter into a purchase service agreement with Franklin Park Conservatory as the partnership continues to provide an engaging portfolio serving underserved youth, and inspiring youth in STEM-related paths.
12.4 - Supporting Strong Learning Communities in Every Region and Authentic Engagement, the Board will be asked to authorize the administration to enter into a purchase agreement with The PAST Foundation to provide content for programs during the summer of 2023.
15.5 - Supporting Equitable Opportunities for All, the Board will be asked to authorize the administration to purchase masonry repairs at Livingston Elementary from Miles-McClellan Construction Co Inc to repair damage to the school caused by a vehicle for continuity of operations.
24.1 - Treasurer/CFO Stan Bahorek will present the financial report for January 2023.
24.7-24.10 - Supporting Equitable Opportunities for All, Strong Learning Communities in Every Region, and Developing Portrait-Ready Graduates, the Board will be asked to authorize the administration to accept donations for specific schools from the Military Veterans Educational Foundation Inc., the Board of Directors of The Pittsburgh Foundation, the Friends of Indianola Informal PTO, and the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation.

Making a Public Comment
Any public participant wishing to make comments has the option of addressing the Board in person or by telephone. To sign up, public participants must call to leave a voicemail with Customer Relations at 614-365-8888 or email customerrelations@columbus.k12.oh.us by 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21. Speakers will need to provide their name, topic, and phone number.
