City League Stars - Davell Brock

November 3, 2025 -- Davell Brock, Linden-McKinley Class of 2028, has helped his team become a dominant football program. In 2023, the Panthers went 0-10. In 2024, Davell came in as a true freshman, passing for 1,300 yards, 12 touchdowns, and running for 600 yards and 13 touchdowns. He led his team to a Columbus City League North Championship, and a 7-4 record. This year, the sophomore has 2,223 total yards and 29 touchdowns, and a 63% completion rate. Coach Casey Mock believes Davell has the potential to play college football because of his abilities.
