Senior Hayride

students on a hayride

Ms. Orozco, West's social worker, has been to the West Hayride 4 times!

Her favorite activity available was the Haunted Maze. Many students claimed the haunted maze is the most enjoyable part of the experience; every group was able to get into the maze within the time period given to enter. When I asked Ms O what the best part of the haunted maze is, she replied,

“I like walking through the Maze with 20 kids and seeing their first experience going through the scares.”

A majority of the seniors were freezing due to the very cold weather. However, it didn’t stop the seniors from having a great time. Everyone got scared by chainsaws, prisoners, creatures and fake props throughout the Maze. I asked Ms. O what the biggest scare was, she replied,

“Most students got a big scare from the Quicksand and Bus lights. Nobody saw it because of it being dark.”

The Hayride also included other activities like the giant Spider Web and the Local Campfire along with the Pumpkin Patch ride, all included in the Hayride photos.
