CCS Hosting School Choice Fairs
Jan. 9, 2020 - Columbus City Schools offers high-quality educational options and programming to help each student reach their educational goals through the School Choice Lottery. The School Choice Lottery process will be held in January for middle and high schools, and in February for elementary schools. The process is easy and may be completed on a personal computer, smartphone, or tablet device. With the on-line process, families are able to track waitlist numbers and accept/decline lottery offers all in one place!
NOTE: Before you begin, you will need a Parent Portal Global Unique Identifier (GUID) Access Key. Each parent/guardian has a personalized GUID key. If you do not know yours, contact your child’s school or the Office of Customer Relations at (614) 365-8888. You may also make your request by emailing your picture ID to parentportalaccess@columbus.k12.oh.us.
If you do not have internet access, free-to-use computer kiosks are available to complete School Choice Lottery applications at our Central Enrollment Center, 430 Cleveland Avenue (Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
