The Mid- Ohio Board for an Independent Living Environment (MOBILE) was established by a group of independent living advocates as a Disability Resource Center. MOBILE, provides five core services to people with disabilities. information & Referral, Peer Support, Independent Living Skills classes, advocacy, and transition.
