Greetings!

I hope that you are all staying safe and healthy. This has definitely been a very different end of the school year for all of us! Below are the guidelines for both seniors and students in grades 9-11 to drop off/pick up items at Briggs High School.

Briggs Seniors Cohort 2020 ONLY

Wednesday, May 20th 10am-3pm: Seniors who are cleared to graduate academically/financially (no fees or fines) and have no items to return/pick up from the school can drive up in the front driveway of Briggs and receive their cap and gown. All individuals are to remain in their vehicle and the cap and gown will be placed into the vehicle through the window.

Thursday, May 21st 10am-3pm: Seniors who are cleared to graduate academically/financially (no fees or fines) but need to return items to the school (books, Chromebooks, etc.) in order to receive their cap and gown. If the weather is dry you can drive up in the front driveway of Briggs, remain in your car, and return your items. Items will be placed in a plastic bag, labeled with your name, and sealed. If it is raining only the senior is to exit the vehicle and come to the front entrance to return their items following the directions of the Briggs staff.

Friday, May 22nd 9am-noon: Seniors who are cleared to graduate academically/financially (no fees or fines) but were unable to make it on May 20th or 21st.

Briggs Grades 9-11

Schedule: Tuesday, May 26th 9am-3pm: ONLY students with the last names starting with A-G Wednesday, May 27th 9am-3pm: ONLY students with the last names starting with H-O Thursday, May 28th 9am-3pm: ONLY students with the last names starting with P-Z Friday, May 29th 10am-2pm: Students who were unable to make it on their previous alpha day

Curbside drop off/pick up process:  Drive up in the front driveway of Briggs – remain in the vehicle at all times.  If you have textbooks to return staff will open a plastic bag labeled with your name to deposit the item(s). Chromebooks DO NOT need to be returned until next school year.  If there were items left in your locker they were bagged and labeled with your name and the bag will be handed to you through the vehicle window.
