Mr. Johnson's Weekly Update

Mr. Johnson's Weekly Update

Hello Vikings!

This is Principal Johnson with your update for the week of March 21st.

Our first week back with our juniors and seniors was a big success.  We also had a good turnout on Wednesday for our building tour.  Thank you to everyone who helped to make this week go very smoothly.   We are excited to welcome back all of our students this week.  Please check Infinite Campus for your correct Cohort.  Cohort A students report Monday and Tuesday; Cohort B students report Thursday and Friday.  It is very important that only come on the days assigned to you.  Students who show up on the wrong cohort day will be sent home.

As a notice or reminder, Northland High School has a closed lunch policy.  That means students are not allowed to leave campus during their lunch period, nor are they allowed to have food brought or delivered to the school.  We appreciate the support of our students, parents and guardians in this effort.

Parents or guardians, we are asking that you monitor your child’s symptoms each day before sending them to school. If you child is experiencing any COVID-like symptoms, please keep them home, inform our attendance office, and we will address each absence accordingly.

Please check your student’s school email account for information about using the COTA bus.  Information was sent to their email account last week.

Lastly, please don’t forget that the 3rd marking period ends  this Tuesday, March 23rd.

Those are all of the announcements for this week.

Let’s continue to Aspire, Achieve, and Adapt because that’s the Viking way!
