Welcome to Central Enrollment
Columbus City School's Central Enrollment Center is a "one-stop shop" for parents and guardians enrolling their children in CCS. We established the Central Enrollment Center where you can take care of nearly every aspect of the enrollment process.
All children new to Columbus City Schools or those who are currently enrolled but are changing schools due to a change in their residence MUST enroll through the Central Enrollment Center.
Columbus City Schools created the SPEEDY PASS Online Registration system, where parents and guardians can complete registration in their home, office, or at a remote location with computer access like the Columbus Metropolitan Library.  Once parents complete the online registration via SPEEDY PASS, they will receive an email that provides direction on scheduling an appointment to meet with an enrollment specialist at the Central Enrollment Center to present documents needed to complete enrollment.
See the section, Documents for Enrollment, for a list of the documents needed to enroll your child in Columbus City Schools.

Current CCS families are required to schedule an appointment at The Central Enrollment Center to update residential information.

o Current CCS families are required to schedule an appointment at The Central Enrollment Center to update address information ONLY if a residential move has occurred that results in changing from one Columbus City School to another.

o If a move or relocation to a new home address DOES NOT require a transfer to another CCS location the address update can be made at the school office.
