December 16, 2021 -- All CCS schools were invited to have student artists submit entries in the Superintendent's Holiday Card Contest. Our Unified Arts and Engagement teams evaluated the submissions and chose 15 finalists. 

From there, Dr. Dixon was overwhelmed by the amazing work that student artists submitted and could not choose just one design! Instead, she selected artwork from four students' card designs, and will use each of them to print and send out holiday cards.

Without further ado, here are the winners of the holiday card contest:

Jocelyn Castaneda, a 5th Grader at Oakmont Elementary School; along with teacher Sadie Feliz

William Pichardo, a 6th Grader at Ridgeview Middle School; along with teacher Tina Cegala

Alyssa Gibson, a senior at the Fort Hayes Career Center and Whetstone High School; along with teacher Megan Evans

Paige McClure, a senior at Columbus Alternative High School; along with teacher Rachel Barkeloo
