  • Dr. Johnson's Weekly Update

    Hello Vikings,

This is Principal Johnson with a few updates for this week.

This week we welcome in the month of October which means the end of first grading period is coming soon.  Beginning Monday, we only have 16 school days remaining in the first grading period.  Parents and guardians should be checking on grades and attendance on a regular basis to ensure your student is on-track to earn a passing grade this marking period.  If you need help logging into Infinite Campus, please contact the main office and we will be happy to assist you.

    Your Voice Matters!
The Fall Family Panorama Survey opens tomorrow through October 10.  Your input helps us to improve how we connect with students and families.  Here is the link for the family survey for parents and guardians:
    https://surveys.panoramaed.com/ccsoh/familyfall25/surveys
Students will take their survey on Thursday during their 3rd period class.  If they are absent, they can take it any time through October 10 with the QR code provided by their teacher.

The test begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. for morning testers and at 11:00 a.m. for afternoon testers. Our testing coordinator handles registration. District Announcements

  • CCS is a No Phone Zone District

Research shows that when students disconnect from their cell phones during the school day, they become more attentive, perform better academically, and develop stronger connections with their teachers and peers. Our goal is not to penalize, but to create learning environments where every student is fully engaged and distraction-free.
