Helen Darling joins the show. The former High School All-American shares with us what it was like being a major division 1 recruit during her time at Brookhaven High School. She also shares some stories of her time playing basketball at Penn State, earning Big Ten Player of The Year Honors, as well as her time representing the USA at the 1999 World University Games held in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, and her time in the WNBA. 

The podcast is hosted by Dr. Vince Clarno, director of student activities at Columbus City Schools. He is joined by some of our outstanding current students, coaches, and alumni.
