January 25, 2023 -- SchoolHouse Conection recently featured some exemplary ways that states and districts are using American Rescue Plan-Homeless Children and Youth (ARP-HCY) funds. The District’s Project Connect program is featured as an example of its advocacy, specialized educational services, and lifestyle enrichment opportunities for children with neither a voice nor a choice in experiencing homelessness.
