Clinton Elementary Students Show Kindness With Porch Concert For Self-Isolating Neighbor

Cello Concert

March 17, 2020 -- Nine-year-old Taran Tien and his sister Calliope Tien are Clinton Elementary students and avid cello players. When they heard their 78-year-old neighbor Helena was self-isolating, they decided to put on a concert for her to brighten her day.

From the Columbus Dispatch: "In what are uncertain times right now, with coronavirus keeping people isolated at home and scary headlines flying, there is good to be had if we look for it. And two young children in Clintonville Monday took good into their own hands, holding an impromptu cello concert at the home of a dear 78-year-old neighbor. She was delighted."
