All students interested in playing fall sports for Briggs HS must register on Final Forms and also obtain a physical.  Below are the links for both Final Forms and the PPE form.  Attachments are also provided for further information.  All students must have a valid and up-to-date physical on file to participate, with all pages signed, as well as a full and complete registration in Final Forms.  Directions are provided for both incoming freshmen/new student athletes, as well as returning students.
