Columbus City Schools celebrates Pride Month and honors 40 years of Pride in the Columbus. In Ohio’s largest school district, we celebrate our diversity and prioritize our commitment to support ALL students, their families, and our staff, including those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. For our district’s entry in the 2021 Stonewall Columbus Virtual Pride March, Superintendent Dr. Talisa Dixon joins members of the Columbus Board of Education and several teachers and staff to recite an excerpt from the powerful Inauguration poem written by Amanda Gorman, “The Hill We Climb.”
