Each day, Lauren Johnston, an intervention specialist at West, and a group of her students load up their Food Frenzy snack cart with chips, drinks, popcorn, cookies, and more. They bring the cart around the building to fulfill staff orders.

The cart is a chance for Specialized Learning Center students to gain real-world skills. For each delivery, students check in with the teacher, find their orders, take their payment, and give them their change.
