    Principal Evans

     

    Ms. Sheila A. Evans, Ed.S.

    Sheila Evans is in her third year as Principal of Sherwood Middle School. Prior to this position, she was an assistant principal for three years, as well as a high school health and physical education teacher for 15 years prior to moving into administration. Ms. Evans is a huge fan of sports (particularly basketball), singing in choirs (church and the Harmony Project of Columbus), and spending time with family and friends. She believes relationships are necessary when building a capacity for learning and fostering a culture that represents family has been a welcomed addition to what Sherwood represents. Ms. Evans is passionate about education and moving students beyond their limitations. She's excited about what the future holds for all current and future Sherwood Middle School students and its community.
