November 06, 2023 -- Columbus City Schools (CCS) invites students and families to join upcoming information sessions about College Credit Plus (CCP) opportunities at CCS for the 2024-2025 school year.
Achieve College Credit for the 2024-2025 School Year
Who can participate?
Students who will be in 7th through 12th grades for the 2024-2025 school year are eligible to apply for College Credit Plus (CCP). Admission into the program is determined by the college/university for which the student takes CCP courses.
Information sessions:
Families can choose from attending an in-person meeting, a live online webinar, or watching a pre-recorded video.
- Wednesday, December 6, 2023 - Webinar at 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at West High School (179 S. Powell Ave) at 6:30 p.m.
- Thursday, February 8, 2024, at East High School (1500 E. Broad St) at 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, February 21, 2024 - Webinar at 6:30 p.m.
The session will include a presentation on the College Credit Plus Program and information on the next steps. College/university representatives will also be presenting information and available for individual questions about their application process.
This meeting is mandatory for ALL students taking CCP courses, regardless of whether it's taken on the college campus, online, or in your high school. Attending the informational meeting must be completed yearly along with submitting the Letter of Intent.
