• My name is Joel Grant and I have worked in Columbus City Schools for about fifteen years. I taught grades 4-8 and have been a principal for ten years, all at Binns Elementary. Before starting my career, I grew up in Defiance, Ohio and attended Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. After graduating, I moved to Columbus and met my best friend's sister Stacy, who I ultimately married. We we now have two boys ages 11 and 25. I enjoy being outside whenever I can and do my best to stay healthy. I also enjoy going on vacations with my family but always look forward to the opportunity to get back to working with children.
