Otterbein Visit Days are coming up on October 24th and 25th. These visits are open to college-bound seniors with at least a 2.8 cumulative GPA. Please read the attached letter and complete the registration form if you would like to attend.

Return the signed permission form to your counselor or Ms. Spalding. We have room for 70 students to attend - it will be first come, first serve so don't wait to turn in your form!

This Parent FERPA waiver is required when students request to have transcripts, letter of recommendation, or other materials sent to colleges, universities, or any other outside agency. Students who are 18 or older may sign this waiver for themselves.
