Dear Duxberry Arts IMPACT Elementary Families,
April is here and that means testing and Spring Break! ELA test make-up is April 7-11. Please review the Summer Experience Registration for elementary and middle school students.
As your Principal, I am dedicated to ensuring that Duxberry remains a place where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Together with our amazing educators and staff, I am committed to a positive and enriching learning experience for all students.
Duxberry made substantial improvements in Reading and Mathematics proficiency rates this year. Looking across all grades, our school had the 3rd largest overall gain in ELA proficiency and the second-largest overall growth in Mathematics proficiency in the entire district. Go Dragons!
Here are a few highlights and reminders for the month of April:
· Communication: Open communication between home and school is essential for your child's success. Please feel free to reach out to us or our parent ambassador with any questions, concerns, or feedback throughout the year. The parent ambassador is Donya Castor.
