Here is the current schedule of summer sports conditioning and practices at IHS:
- Football Conditioning: Starting June 2nd on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6pm-8pm
- Cheer: Starting June 16th Monday - Thursday from 5:30pm to 8:30pm
- Soccer: Starting July 1st at 3pm to 5pm.
- Basketball: 6/5 - 6/6: 4pm-6pm; 6/9 - 6/10: 4pm-6pm; 6/12: 4pm-6pm; 6/16 - 6/17: 4pm-6pm.
Please make sure that all athletes have completed Final Forms, have an updated physical, and have transportation to and from practice.
