City League Stars showcases CCS' outstanding student-athletes and their collegiate goals.

Kayla Houston, class of 2025, is an elite basketball player in The Columbus City League. The Centennial High School Star is quickly gaining the respect of City League coaches, fans, and her peers because of how dominant she is on the court, including a 30 point performance against Linden-McKinley STEM Academy.

Her coach, Ernest Bell, believes college coaches should be looking at her because of her ability to play all 5 positions, and the work she puts in. Kayla wants to play college basketball, and she wants to study early childhood development.
