Brave the Future is an annual event that introduces Whetstone High School to prospective students and their families. While the event is geared towards 7th and 8th-grade students and their families, all community members are invited and welcome to participate.

Brave the Future helps prospective students and families learn about the many opportunities and academic offerings at this strong, vibrant neighborhood high school. Current WHS students share their experiences in Whetstone’s programs in music, theatre, athletics, journalism, visual arts, and more. Families have the opportunity to learn about freshmen academic and course planning from WHS counselors. In addition, families can tour the building and speak with faculty, administration, coaches, and advisors.
