Columbus Board of Education Meeting Schedule
The Board holds public meetings and work sessions in its south-side administrative building. This more prominent location allows for improved spacing for board members and increases the capacity for community participants.
Board Meetings: 6:00 p.m., south administrative building, 3700 S. High Street, Room 825, unless otherwise noted.
Board Office Hours: 5:15 to 5:45 p.m. efore the business meeting, Board members will hold office hours, allowing community members to meet with them one-on-one to ask questions and share their thoughts or concerns.
Additionally, the Board holds one monthly meeting at a school site across the District to increase community access. Meetings held at specific school sites are noted below.

November 21, 2024
The Columbus Board of Education will convene for a Special Meeting per Ohio Revised Code Section 3313.16 on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the South Administrative Building, 3700 S. High Street Room 825.
The purpose of this meeting is to continue to debrief from the school visits the week of October 28-31, 2024. This meeting will be open to the public and no action will be taken during this meeting.

The Columbus Board of Education will convene for a Special Meeting per Ohio Revised Code Section 3313.16 on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the South Administrative Building, 3700 S. High Street Room 825.
The purpose of this meeting is to debrief from the school visits the week of October 28-31, 2024. This meeting will be open to the public and no action will be taken during this meeting.

State Street, 2nd-floor Cabinet Room.The Board will move into Executive Session per Section 121.22 (G)(4) - “to prepare for, conduct, or review negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment.” -

State Street, Lower-Level Assembly Room.The meeting is being held for the purpose of considering action related to charges or complaints against a public official.
