Our Classified Staff have the choice of electing a High Deductible Health Plan and a Health Savings Account. To learn how these plan options work, you can watch the video below.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The following deductibles and limits have been updated for 2026.
1) Deductibles: $1,700 / $3,400 in network
2) Deductibles: $3,500 / $6,800 out of network
3) HSA Limits: $4,400 / $8,750

Employee Self Service (ESS) Benefit Enrollments
New Hire Enrollments
As a new employee of CCS, you are given a 30-day window, from your date of hire, to enroll in benefits through CCS. Below are instructions on how to make these elections. Please note that your benefits start on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Click here for instructions on how to make your new hire elections in ESS. You can also enroll with the assistance of an iBTR Benefits Counselor. For more information on this option, click here.
Qualifying Life Event / Special Enrollment Period
If you’ve experienced a marriage, divorce, legal separation, birth, adoption, foster care placement, or loss/gain of benefits coverage, you will have 30 days from the date of the event to make changes to your benefits. Click here for instructions on how to make your new hire elections in ESS.
Status Change Enrollments
As a newly promoted employee of CCS, you are given a 30 day window, from your date of promotion, to enroll in benefits through CCS. Below are instructions on how to make these elections.
