Columbus City Schools is proud to partner with VSP to offer two vision plans to meet you and your family's needs. The Base Plan is paid for 100% by the district for most employees. The Buy-Up Plan option offers a richer benefit at a reasonable employee paid premium. All rates can be viewed in the CCS Benefits Guide.
Please Note that you will not receive a card for vision. Provide your Vision Care Servicer with your (the employee's) Social Security Number and let them know that you're an employee of Columbus City Schools. If your dependent is receiving service, they will still use your (the employee's) Social Security Number.
