Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment of VCAP Participation

The parent or guardian's signature, now located in the district’s Guide to Student Success on page 22, will serve as formal acknowledgment of the student’s enrollment in the Virtual Credit Advancement Program (VCAP) and their intent to earn course credit through Edmentum Courseware.

This systematic one-time signature confirms that the parent or guardian understands and accepts the expectations, requirements, and responsibilities associated with participation in the VCAP program. It also affirms their awareness that successful completion of Edmentum coursework may result in the awarding of academic credit.

This acknowledgment is mandatory and must be on file prior to the student earning any VCAP credit.
