April 26, 2023 -- Jayden Douglas, Beechcroft class of 2023, has been generating a lot of buzz ever since he came on the track and field scene. The state champ and TCU commit tells us how he overcame not seeing any interest from colleges, even when he was putting in a lot of work, to getting college letters and interest every single day.
His head coach Tremayne Peppers, as well as his assistant coach Christine Douglas, who is also his mother, never doubted his potential and they think the sky is the limit for what he can achieve running in college.
Jayden says he received a foundation studying engineering at Columbus City Schools, and he wants to continue studying engineering when he gets to college.
