Grant Endorsement Process
Columbus City Schools is driving transformational change in the district. In an effort to become more cognizant of our footprint to reduce paper use, the district has now converted the Columbus City Schools Grant Endorsement (CCSGE) process and developed an online process/application. The online process is now available through the CCSDAS and will replace the paper submissions forms. Everyone who has a CCS login and password will have access to CCSDAS. The link can be accessed here: CCSDAS. The CCSGE is located under the General Request menu. If this is your first time logging into the CCSDAS, your account has already been created, and no special permissions are needed to access the new online CCSGE form/process.
Individuals who are completing a request for endorsement will need to review the online instructions through PublicSchoolWorks. Prior to using the new online CCSGE, first access the training module found in PublicSchoolWorks to learn how to use the online CCSGE.

Announcement: Request to Attend (RTA) Travel/Conference Online Process for CCS Staff
The RTA is now available in CCSDAS to sign up for in-person and virtual/online requests. Your CCS login and password will grant you access to CCSDAS.
You will be required to complete your own requests as it is tied to your CCS login.
Note: the training module for the RTA is in public school works to learn how to use the online RTA.

PublicSchoolWORKS Online Training
In an effort to provide efficient, specialized, online training, Columbus City Schools contracts with PublicSchoolWORKS to offer all staff access to electronic professional development opportunities. PublicSchoolWORKS provides more than 400 online training programs, including courses needed to fulfill state and federal mandates. District supervisors and principals determine which courses their staff will be required to take. Required courses can be completed during the work day. Staff are welcome to complete elective courses on their own. Check with your supervisor to see what courses you should be taking, or click here to get started.
CCS User ID and Password
If you are a CCS Employee and do not have an active CCS Email account, please click on this link - CCS User ID/Email Registration. You must use a CCS district computer. You will be asked to sign the District's Acceptable Use Policy. In order for District employees to be allowed access to a school computer system, computer network, and the Internet, they must read and sign the consent form.
