Below is the 2018 Immunization Summary for school attendance.
Columbus Public Health will be offering free immunizations every Monday in August to students who are enrolling in Columbus City Schools, at the CCS Central Enrollment Center, 430 Cleveland Ave., from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Starting for the 2016-2017 school year, all students entering 7th and 12th-grade must have the meningococcal vaccine to prevent meningitis.
If you child needs vaccines to meet the State of Ohio school vaccination requirements:
- Visit your family physician or clinic
- Contact the Columbus Public Health Department, located at 240 Parsons Ave., which offers immunization clinics.
If you have questions about school vaccination requirements, contact the nurse at your school, or contact Health Services.
