Mental Health Month
May is Mental Health Month. We recognize the importance of being supportive of friends, family and coworkers who might be struggling with life's challenges or their mental health, especially during this challenging time of COVID19.
Though 1 in 5 people will experience a mental illness during their lifetime, nearly everyone will face challenges that will take a toll on their mental and emotional health. During the month of May, let's encourage one another to make their mental health a priority by - building resiliency, eliminate stigmas, support those who are struggling, and work towards recovery for those facing trauma and obstacles.
