    How to get started:

    1. Open the class schedule below.
    2. Complete steps under "HOW TO REGISTER" on the class schedule. You MUST complete the online waiver prior to attending class. 
    3. Check out the on-demand classes at the bottom of the class schedule for additional class options if you missed the live class. NOTE: password to access on-demand classes is Power.
