SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: VIRTUAL ENROLLMENTS
Due to Social Distancing, all enrollments are currently being conducted virtually. Families who need to complete enrollment, must complete the Online Registration and schedule an appointment. Families will receive an email prior to their appointment with instructions and an invitation to join a virtual enrollment meeting online. Please reply to the email at least one hour prior to your appointment with all of the required enrollment documents.

Our new Speedy Pass Online Registration tool makes it easier than ever to enroll your student with Columbus City Schools. To use the Speedy Pass system to fill out the enrollment forms, you may use the button below. At the end of the Speedy Pass process be sure to go to the calendar and select a day and time for an appointment to meet virtually with an Enrollment Specialist.
To the left you can find the school assigned to your address by clicking on Find Your School. Also to the left, you will find pages with additional information to guide you through enrolling your student, as well as other process related to moving and learning within our district.
Students must be 5 years old by September 30th to enroll in kindergarten. Students who are not old enough for kindergarten, but are 4 by September 30th are eligible for Pre-K. If your child is not old enough for kindergarten, and you believe that they are acadmically and socially ready, please visit the Gifted and Talented website for information about the Early Entrance Testing.
Pre-K students must be 4 years old by September 30th. If your child will be 5 years old by September 30th he/she is not eligible for Pre-K but is eligible for Kindergarten.

Enrollment for the 2020-2021 School Year
Middle School and High School enrollment appointments for the 2020-2021 school year will begin on January 2, 2020.
Elementary School (K-5) enrollment appointments will begin on February 3, 2020.
Families must complete the Online Registration to schedule their appointment.

The Central Enrollment Center building is currently closed, but enrollments are still conducted through an online approach.
