  • 2026-2027 Enrollment Information

     

    Families must complete the 2026-2027 Online Registration to begin the enrollment process. The Online Registration (OLR) will be available beginning February 2, 2026 for KG - 12th grade students.  Enrollment Appointments are no longer required, but are available as an option.  The Online Registration applications are processed in the order they are received, provided all necessary documentation is uploaded to the application.  Please take time to thoroughly review the necessary documents to ensure that your application is not delayed in processing. 

     

    When completing the Online Registration, please be careful to select the correct year and registration type for which you are enrolling:

    25-26 Current Year Enrollment into Columbus City Schools

    26-27 Enrollment for next school year into Columbus City Schools

    School Choice Lottery Only - Students will be entered into the database to activate the Parent Portal, which is required to submit a lottery application. Please note that this does not constitute enrollment into Columbus City Schools. A student will only be officially enrolled if a lottery offer is made and accepted. If no offer is extended and accepted by the first day of the 2026–27 school year, the student must be enrolled at another school. 

    • Families planning to submit a lottery application must have the Online Registration submitted with all necessary documents by March 13th.  This will ensure that you have the Parent Portal activation code by the lottery deadline.

    Charter/Non-public Transportation - transportation request for students residing in Columbus City School boundaries but are enrolled in a charter/non-public school.
