Each Fee Waiver will be accepted by the University as partial payment for the regular tuition charges for an education course worth at least one graduate credit offered during the academic year and/or in summer school or for workshops taken at the University.

One Fee Waiver is equivalent to $166 toward a Professional Development Services graduate workshop or $200 towards a graduate education course.

A Fee Waiver is applicable to tuition only.

Fee waiver certificates cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash by district employees.

There is no obligation on the part of the University to admit an employee of the District who would not otherwise meet admission requirements. The Graduate School official for the University shall make such eligibility decisions. There is no obligation on the part of the University to admit students who do not satisfy admission requirements.

A maximum of two Fee Waivers can be applied by an individual for a single workshop, course, field, or capstone experience.

The Fee Waiver expires on the date noted on the Fee Waiver. The Fee Waivers may be redeemed at any time prior to the expiration date of said Fee Waiver. Fee Waivers not used or redeemed by the expiration date shall have no further value. Lost Fee Waivers will not be reissued.

The Fee Waiver to Ashland is a certificate that will be mailed to you through interoffice mail.

For the Autumn session, the certificate will be mailed to your home address.

It is your responsibility to register for your class and to submit your Fee Waiver to Ashland.

You have 2 weeks to return your acknowledgment form, or you may forfeit your Fee Waiver.

Please email feewaivers@columbus.k12.oh.us if you do not plan to use the Fee Waiver and need to return it to the district. Then please return the Fee Waiver certificate to Professional Learning & Licensure, 889 E. 17th Avenue Columbus, OH, 43211.
