This form is for employees, including substitutes, who utilize Red Rover for absence reporting and coverage.
All modifications must be made within 14 days of the original date of occurrence.
Verbal and/or Email notifications are not acceptable.
This form can be completed by the employee/substitute, building secretary or Principal. If not completed by the principal, it will be routed to them for approval - please make sure the administrator's (principal) email address is entered accurately.***This form can be accessed on a desktop or mobile device. It is suggested to use a desktop***This form is only to be used for absences that have already occurred. DO NOT USE FOR FUTURE ABSENCES
Classified Absences (Secretaries & Instructional Assistants) are to be entered into KRONOS. DO NOT USE THIS FORM
